For those who didn’t notice, Squall in the original final fnatasy 8 had brown eyes. In Dissidia, he has blue. Even when they changed his character some in kingdom hearts, his eyes were still brown. Why do you think they changed it in Dissdia?
Do you think they just forgot cause so many of the other protagonists have blue eyes?
Actually, Squall’s eyes have always been blue, the difference is they’ve never been a bright/light blue. Instead they were a very murky greyish-blue color that suited him just fine, which is likely why some fans might think that depending on the lighting of CGI when said eyes are too dark. I do find it annoying so many changes have been made to his character, aka bright eyes, longer hair, shitty voice actors and even reject some of these incarnations. [Kingdom hearts fo sure, we’ll see how I feel about Dissidia]
Anyway, if they’re brown I’ll stand corrected. Like the Square folks have stated so. I find bright blue eyes really boring on a character, I’d somewhat welcome the new found knowledge of brown if it really exists.
I would have just posted to that journal entry, but I can’t figure out how to comment on here.
